ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT 2

It is mutually agreed that if during the term of this lease or any renewal, the Landlord is transferred, promoted or terminated by his employer and the Landlord wishes to obtain possession of the Premises, the Tenant shall upon sixty (60) days written notice deliver up and forthwith surrender possession of the Premises whereupon this lease agreement shall terminate. A written document from the Landlord’s employer shall be delivered to the Tenant stating such fact.
